These terms apply when you use giftcardever.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who we are
GiftCardEver (“we”, “us”) is operated by Swiss BD GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland. You can reach us through the contact form or at [email protected].
2. What GiftCardEver does
GiftCardEver is an information and comparison site for gift cards and game credits. We publish guides and card pages and link to stores where you can buy them. We don’t sell gift cards, take payments or deliver codes.
3. Buying on other stores
When you follow a link to another store, such as Kinguin, and buy there, your purchase is an agreement between you and that store. The store’s terms, prices, payment rules, delivery and refund policy apply. We aren’t a party to that agreement and aren’t responsible for the store’s products or service. Problems with an order go to the store’s support; our Return Policy explains who to contact.
4. Affiliate links
Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
5. Prices and availability
Prices, amounts, regions and stock shown on GiftCardEver come from other stores and can change at any time. We try to keep them current, but the price and terms shown on the store at checkout are the ones that count.
6. Brands and trademarks
Brand names, logos and gift card images belong to their owners. They are used only to identify the cards we write about. GiftCardEver isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or an official partner of these brands unless we say so.
7. Information on the site
Our guides and card pages are general information, written with care but without guarantee. Brands change their rules, regions and redemption steps, so check the official instructions before you rely on them. The site is provided “as is”.
8. Reviews and messages you send
You can post reviews and send us messages. You are responsible for what you post. Reviews must be honest, about your own experience and free of spam, abuse, personal data of others, codes, links and advertising. We moderate reviews and may edit, decline or remove them. By posting a review you allow us to show it on the site.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break the law, attack or overload it, scrape it in bulk, get around its security, or send spam or malware. We may block access for anyone who does.
10. Our content
The text, design and original images on GiftCardEver are ours. You may share links and short quotes with a link back. Please don’t copy whole pages or republish our content without permission.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss or damage that results from using the site, from relying on its information, or from purchases on other stores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
12. Orders placed on GiftCardEver
GiftCardEver used to sell some codes directly. Questions about those orders are handled as described in our Return Policy.
13. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
15. Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes go to the courts of Zürich, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights.
