Before you write

I bought a card. Where is my code?

We don’t sell cards ourselves. The store you bought from (for example Kinguin) delivers the code and can see your order, so contact their support with your order number.

My code doesn’t work.

Check that the card’s region matches your account’s region, and that you are redeeming it on the right platform. If it still fails, the store you bought from can replace or refund it under their policy.
