Faq

After your purchase, you will be emailed a link to access your gift card order. You will receive the order link to the email address associated to your billing details.

The order confirmation email will come from [email protected]

Usually orders take only a few minutes. If it is your first time purchasing, ID verification may be required. Check your email for instructions on how to complete this process. Once your ID has been submitted, it usually only takes a few minutes for us to approve and send out your order!

If you still haven’t received your gift card, please check your spam folder.

Most gift cards require you to have your account settings configured to the United States. To do this, go into your account settings, change the country to United States then try again.

If your card is still not redeeming, send us a message and we will assist you.

In the unfortunate event we had to refund your order, it could have been due to a number of reasons. We do have limits on how much can be purchased per customer, and we do have some fraud risk software that sometimes will tell us it is not safe to process the transaction. To ensure the most fair analysis, don’t use any VPN or proxy when making your purchase.

All gift cards sold on GiftCardEver are without an expiration date.
