Nike gift cards purchased in the US can only be redeemed on Nike accounts in the United States and Puerto Rico. Per Nike’s terms, the cards are redeemable at Nike-owned retail stores in the US and Puerto Rico, Nike.com, and Converse.com. If your Nike account is set to a different country, the code will not work. You cannot change your account region to use a card purchased for a different country.

Nike gift cards can be redeemed at checkout on Nike.com, the Nike App, or the SNKRS App. Follow these steps on Nike.com:

1. Sign in to your Nike account and add items to your bag.
2. Go to Checkout and find the payment section.
3. Select Gift Card as your payment method.
4. Enter your gift card number and PIN, then click Apply.
5. If the balance does not cover the full total, pay the rest with another method.

In a Nike retail store, hand the physical card to the cashier or show the digital code on your phone at the register.

Kinguin is a marketplace where independent sellers list digital codes, not an official Nike retailer. Before buying, check the seller’s rating and review count on Kinguin. Kinguin offers an optional paid buyer protection program that covers failed codes. If a code does not work, contact Kinguin support with your order details and screenshots. Do not contact Nike, as they did not handle the sale. Keep your order confirmation until the card is fully redeemed.

A Nike gift card covers anything sold directly by Nike, including footwear, apparel, accessories, and Jordan brand products. You can also use it on Converse.com and at Converse-owned stores in the US. The balance cannot be used at third-party retailers such as Foot Locker, Amazon, or Dick’s Sporting Goods. Per Nike’s terms, the card cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and you cannot buy other gift cards with it.

Nike gift cards do not expire and carry no fees. There are no monthly maintenance charges or inactivity penalties. If you lose a Nike gift card, it will not be replaced, so treat the code like cash and store it safely until you are ready to use it.

Nike gift card balances can be checked at nike.com/gift-cards. Enter your card number and PIN in the Check Balance section to see your remaining funds. You can also call Nike at 1-800-806-6453 with your card details, or ask a cashier at any Nike retail store.

Nike gift cards work on the SNKRS App for both direct purchases and draw entries. To add your card, go to Settings, then Payment Information, then Add New Payment Method, and select Add Gift Card. Enter your card number and PIN. Once saved, you can select the gift card as your payment method at checkout for any SNKRS release.

Real companies, the IRS, and tech support representatives never ask for payment by gift card. If someone contacts you and demands a Nike gift card code as payment for a debt, fee, or prize, it is a scam. Never share your gift card code with anyone who requests it this way.
