How to redeem a US EA Play gift card?
- On the web: go to ea.com/redeem, sign in to your EA account and enter the code exactly as shown. Codes are case-sensitive.
- In the EA app: sign in, click your profile icon, choose Redeem Code, enter the code and click Next.
- In your EA account settings: open Payment and Wallet, select EA Wallet, then Add Funds, enter the code, accept the terms and select Submit.
The balance goes to your EA Wallet and is used before other payment methods.
